LEDA S.r.l. (Ltd.) was founded in 1984.

We are well established among the largest and most advanced producers of gelcoats, adhesives, colour pastes, and special personalized resins.
We have developed halogen-free fire-retardant systems which are top of the range for applications in railways, boats, road transport, and civil construction.
We have perfected the One Shot system for mould construction which is unique and truly innovative for its resolution of problems of shrinkage, workability, and production time.
We produce pre-cut kits for the creation of structural sandwiches and other items. This new line of activity has allowed us to increase our service range, in particular for leisure sailing.
We distribute everything required for the production and processing of compound materials through our direct and indirect sales network.
We collaborate with important brands including Airex, Cam Elyaf, Freudenberg (Viledon Core Material), and others.
Currently our sales network covers all of Italy, and through distributors and retailers, Bulgary, Czech Republic, China, Croatia, France, Germany, Poland, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Tunisia, Turkey and Hungary.
In other countries our presence is through direct contact with individual user companies.
Since we started activity we have constantly increased turnover, which has exceeded 22 million euro in 2007, and with the support of over 70 staff this continues to grow.

Since the beginning of 2007 we have separated industrial activity from the real estate and we have assumed the name of Leda Industrie S.r.l.

We are proud to have many of the world's major yacht producers among our customers and to have an important role in the production of inner parts of trains, undergrounds, trams and cruiser boats.

In December 2004 the TUV certified our quality system according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standard.
